Indian Institute of Information Technology (IIIT ), Allahabad admissions to Masters in Technology (M.Tech.) Programmes. The admissions to M.Tech. and M.Tech. - Ph.D. Dual Degree Programmes provided through CCMT 2014.
IIIT-A has started a unique model of M.Tech. education in the field of Information Technology and Electronics. With the objective of preparing quality professionals and researchers to work at high-end technologies in IT / Electronics, the Institute provides specialized courses in :

- Bioinformatics
- Wireless Communication Engineering
- Microelectronics
- Software Engineering
- Intelligent Systems
- Cyber Law and Information Security
Many of the specializations are the unique features of IIIT- Allahabad. The course model of M.Tech. includes two semester 'Thesis work' which provides an opportunity to students to create and develop new concept, techniques, methods and applications given the world class infrastructure and faculty in the Institute.
The admission to M.Tech. program will be made through CCMT-2014. All the aspirants’ candidates interested in pursuing M.Tech program are advised to visit CCMT 2014 website for further details.
